On Thursday, December 5, we were awarded the Prize of Professor Martin Kusý for the year 2024. We won in the category for the presentation of architecture and architectural creations in the field of mass media. The jury appreciated our approach in the promotion and popularization of architecture in the historical region of Gemer and Malohont. The public deserves to know the results of the hard work of the owners of monuments or professionals in this field, as well as about the processes leading to the preservation and restoration of our common cultural heritage. We consider this goal to be one of the main pillars of our activity, so we are really proud that our activities have been appreciated by the architectural experts.

Since 2003, the Prize of Professor Martin Kusý has been awarded by the Slovak Society of Architects as a tribute to his architectural and pioneering scientific work. Since this year it is being awarded annually in two categories: for works in the field of scientific research, history and criticism of architecture and for presentation in the professional press and for presentation of architecture and architectural creations. The award ceremony took place at the Slovak National Gallery in Bratislava.
